2. Refund Eligibility

Driver No-Show
Driver accepts booking but fails to arrive at the pickup location.
Technical Aspects
Incorrect fare calculation or double payment due to technical glitches.
Safety Concerns
Ride terminated early due to safety issues or driver misconduct.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellation after driver has arrived or spent significant travel time.
- Providing incorrect pickup or drop-off locations.
- Absence at pickup location within the allotted waiting time.
- Disputes raised more than 24 hours after trip completion.
4. Refund Process
1. Submit Request
Contact support via the app or email within 24 hours with your Booking ID.
2. Investigation
Our team will review trip logs, GPS data, and communicate with the driver.
3. Resolution
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
5. Timeline
Review Period
24–48 hours from request submission.
Refund Processing
7–10 business days for bank reflection.
6. Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee may be charged to compensate the driver for time and fuel. If you believe a fee was unfair, you may appeal through our support channel.
