Welcome to Alibely. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alibely website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Drivers must hold valid licenses, permits, and insurance per Indian laws.
3. Account Registration
Accuracy
You must create an account using accurate personal information and maintain its correctness.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Services
- Customers may request transportation services through the Platform.
- A contract is formed directly between Customer and Driver upon acceptance.
- Alibely is a platform provider and NOT a party to the service contract.
5. Payments
Fair Pricing
Calculated based on distance, time, and demand.
Secure Gateways
Made via authorized and encrypted payment partners.
Service Fees
Alibely may deduct commission/fees from Driver earnings.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Standard Window: Customers may cancel before a ride starts, but fees may apply.
Refund Timeline: Processed within 7–10 business days if applicable.

Drivers must comply with traffic laws, maintain vehicle safety, and conduct themselves professionally. Failure may lead to suspension.
9. Insurance & Liability
Alibely is not liable for accidents, delays, or lost belongings. Users are encouraged to maintain personal insurance.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content and software are owned/licensed by Alibely.
11. Privacy
Data processed according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governed by Indian Law, under Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
